I moved house when the Corona pandemic started sweeping over the world.
Exploring my new environment meant avoiding the usual chores to familiarise oneself with a new region: exploring its cities, shops, pubs and cafés, meeting people at concerts, exhibitions and the like.

Instead, I found myself alone or with my partner in seemingly empty villages, in the woods, among industrial sites or on a field.

It's in the details, less in the usual sights.

Yet, uncertainty prevails.
